Questions

Is my text sent anywhere?

No. Everything runs in your browser and nothing you type or open is uploaded, logged or saved. Your settings are remembered on this device; your text isn't.

Why does my job run on more days than I expected?

When both day of month and day of week are set, standard cron runs on days that match either one, not both. So 0 0 1 * 1 runs on the 1st and on every Monday.

Which time zone does cron use?

The one on the machine or service running it. Servers and most cloud schedulers default to UTC, so check the UTC times if your job runs in the cloud.
