Questions
Is my text sent anywhere?
No. Everything runs in your browser and nothing you type or open is uploaded, logged or saved. Your settings are remembered on this device; your text isn't.
What does Protect against formulas do?
Spreadsheet apps run a cell that starts with =, +, - or @ as a formula, which attackers use to hide harmful formulas in exported data. This option puts an apostrophe in front of such cells so they open as plain text. Plain numbers like -12.5 are left alone.
Are quoted commas and line breaks handled?
Yes. Values in double quotes can contain the delimiter, quotes and line breaks, and they are quoted again when needed in the output. A quote that is never closed is reported with its row.
